“Shropshire isn’t exactly known as a hotbed of movie making talent, but we’re hoping to change that,” says writer/director James T. Williams in an interview about his metaphysical love story of Carl waiting for his girlfriend in a pub—The Waiting Room—that always seems to be closed.
