Middle-aged paleontologist Horatio Horace and his student Megan tag along with the
military boys on a trip to the time of the dinosaurs.
He hoped to put to rest the debate on protofeathers—or “dinofuzz” as some of his
lesser-esteemed colleagues dubbed them—and to prove exactly which species, at least in
this time period, had them.
