Indexer Notes

(3)
  1. Title—The cover says Magic Tree House / The Graphic Novel / Dinosaurs before Dark, but the title page says Magic Tree House / Dinosaurs before Dark / The Graphic Novel. In either case, we allow the subtitle, The Graphic Novel, to appear prior to the main title, and we ignore the series title when there is an obvious other title.
  2. Publisher—from the copyright page of the Kindle edition.
  3. Release Date—the month of June is from Amazon.
