Publisher—The 1997 edition states “Published 1997 by Anchor—a division of Transworld Publishers Ltd.” We don’t know whether there is any connection with the US imprint Anchor Books of Knopf Doubleday, so we have listed them as Anchor / Transworld Publishers Ltd, although we think a connection is likely.
